The User can forward all complaints and requests to the Seller through the above communication channels.

The subject of this form is to inform the User in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the Digital Service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the User electronically on www.qlaritics.com.

• The service subject to the contract is a cloud-based software (SaaS) subscription that provides social media data analysis, reporting and visualization.

• The service does not require physical delivery/cargo.

• With the User's payment approval, their account is activated and access rights are defined electronically in the system.

• The total sales price of the service including taxes is the amount shown to the User on the purchase screen and approved by the User.

• Payment is collected in advance from the credit card or other payment methods declared by the User according to the selected subscription type (Monthly or Yearly).

• The subscription is automatically renewed at the current list price at the end of the period unless cancelled by the User.

• The service is performed INSTANTLY following the successful completion of the payment transaction.

• The delivery is legally deemed to have occurred when the User's account is opened for access by the system.

• Whether the User actually uses the platform does not change the fact that performance has occurred.

• Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation; "Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

• Qlaritics service is in the status of a digital service that is opened for access and performed at the time of payment.

• Therefore, the User has NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL in this transaction.

• By approving the payment, the User accepts and declares that they know that the service is instantly performed to them and that they cannot request a refund.

• The User can cancel their subscription at any time through the user panel.

• The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

• No retroactive refund is made for cancellations made in the middle of the period, and service use continues until the end of the period.

Users with consumer status can apply to the following in case of disputes, within the monetary limits determined by T.R. Ministry of Trade each year:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees in the User's place of residence,

• Or Consumer Courts.

By checking the relevant box on the payment screen, the User electronically confirms that they have been informed in advance about the basic characteristics of the service, sales price, payment method, performance conditions and the absence of the right of withdrawal.
