Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including account information (name, email, company), usage data, and analytics preferences. We also automatically collect certain technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and device information to improve our services.

We use the collected information to provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, communicate with you about updates and features, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Connected Social Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
You can connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads accounts to Qlaritics from Settings > Connected accounts. With your permission, we receive the following data through Meta's official APIs: your posts and stories, the comments and replies on them (including the commenter's name), comments on your ads, metrics such as reach, views, saves and shares, follower counts and aggregated audience demographics. Through the same APIs we also retrieve public content: hashtag search results, public posts of other business accounts and Pages you choose to monitor, and public Threads posts that match your keywords. We use this data only to provide analytics and reports in your own Qlaritics workspace. Content is processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf to add labels such as sentiment and topic. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or share it with other customers. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
Disconnecting and Deleting Connected Account Data
You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings > Connected accounts. We then delete its access token and stop collecting new data from it. You can also remove Qlaritics' access from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings. To have the data we received from a connected account deleted, email [email protected] with the account name. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure data centers, regular security audits, and access controls. Your data is protected using enterprise-grade security protocols and infrastructure.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
